If anyone can stand against invulnerable enemies it's Karis.
Karis had difficult childhood with a father who was impossible to please. Karis was often beaten whether she begged the Source for mercy as her father asked her to or whether she claimed her innocent. That's maybe why she finds it difficult to trust any men in her life. But she definitely enjoys sex which she likes as much as being in the battle. She finds only one friend in old soldier Necklen whom she can freely talk to.
Her character resembles Sigarni from Ironhand's daughter. As Sigarni Karis likes sex and bettle. In both she's the best.
Tall and slim, her long dark hair held in place by a silver circlet, she radiated a martial beauty that Sirano found intoxicating. She was not classicalle beautiful, for her nose was long, and her face was somewhat angular. Yet there was something about this warrior woman that stirred his blood as no other could.
